1. Contact Details

Please provide your contact details

Generic Email Address

This will be used for notifications sent to you for any enquiries from the website as well as the address that users received the email from confirming their enquiry was submitted though the site. You can change this on a form by form basis after we've built your site. 

Social Media URLs

Please enter your social media addresses here if you have them set up already and want them on your new site e.g Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn 

3. Video Header

Phoenix includes a video background in the header area. CCH Web Manager has a built-in free library of videos for you to choose from and you can easily edit this once you have been given access to your new site - or you can upload your own. If you have an existing video, please upload it with your other image files in the fields below.  

We will pick a video for you to preview your site with, please feel free to make notes about the type of video you would like to include and we will try to select something that suits.

Alternative Header Options

If you don't want to use a video for a header we can replace the video with a single static image or multiple images fading through.

5. Images

If you have your own images to use in your new website and you would like us to input them for you as part of the build. All images need to be high enough resolution to be suitable for your website. You will also be able to upload your own images to the site once we've built it for you and instructions on how to do so will be provided.

Please zip your files together and upload them using the button below OR provide a shared link to a cloud storage / file-sharing folder for example OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox etc.

NOTE: CCH Web Manager has a built-in free image library for you to select from if you do not have your own images already.

5. Preferred Colours For Your Website

Typically it's best if you're happy to leave colours to us based off your logo - however if you specifically want a darker/lighter website, or you specifically want to use a certain colour scheme of primary and secondary colours please advise us. Colours can be selected from here http://www.colorpicker.com/   (enter the 6 character 'hex code' from the top box into the field below)

6. Remove Sections

Many of the sections or 'bands' within the design can be excluded if you do not want them on your website. You can tick 'remove' for any of the sections shown below and we will exclude them from your website build. 

If you plan to repurpose any sections for a different use please don't  select 'Remove' and leave details in the text box below.

7. Phoenix Custom Options

This design option has some features which you can choose how you would like them set up. Please answer the following questions so we can ensure your new site is set up how you would like it.

You can choose between a form or a location map option, we could also modify the location map option to accomodate multiple offices.
